To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We accept return within 14 days from the time you received our product. All returns will be charged with 10% of order total (including shipping and tax if applicable) as handling fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and returns must be made with tracking. Please contact us so we can assist you and provide you details for return and refund in this case.
